           The above theory has been invented by renowned spiritualist Albert Einstein.Of course so many people may not be agreed with my reference that Albert Einstein as a spiritualist instead of scientist,but i am sure after knowing my explanation ,they may conclude that i am correct.
so first of all let us know the definition of spiritualist and scientist. Spiritualists mean those persons who know the secrets of Universe with out participating in the Laboratory works. Scientist . means one who purely depends upon Laboratory works for his inventions. SO Albert Einstein for inventing the above theory he never went into any laboratory. He did not use any scientific instruments.In his dedicated, TAPASSU (concentrating mind on a particular issue), he got Flashes about above theory knowledge.So as per above said definition you may agree that Albert Einstein was a spiritualist rather than Scientist.
