Surya Savarnika Manavu Ashramam is a registered society which has been working for the promotion of reformative and prosperous views among Hindu community people, in the fields of medical, legal, philosophical, political etc. To achieve our aims and objects two blogs has been started and running successfully. Dharmo rakshati rakshitaha (Dharma protects those who protect it) is the well known dictum to HIndu community at large . The same rule applicable to the Indian Family system also . So SSM Ashramam propounds the theory of "kutumbho rakshati rakshita" which means "Family protects those who protect it."
Apart from that now our Ashramam decided to start a website on the name of "Manavu e-Family Counseling"and by this to provide Family Counseling Services on online basis, to the needy persons by collecting nominal fees from them for not only to meet the expenses and also curtail the un wanted or unnecessary calls. As per Ashram Society resolution the Website maitnance as well as Counseling services maintenance shall be on the personal name it's president.

What can expect in Family Counselling?
You will meet with a counsellor, who will provide
confidential and non-judgemental support, and who will encourage everyone who
comes to have their say and to share their feelings, if they wish.
At the first appointment, the counsellor will ask you to
talk through what’s happening, and what you’d like to change. You will then
work with the counsellor to decide what happens next.
Counselling is a different experience for everyone, and
what happens in your sessions will depend very much on what you hope to get out
of it, and on the unique needs of your family.

Terms and Conditions of on line counseling:
To use The Online Counselling Service to receive Counselling , Client accept that he has read and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions.
(1) .Email counseling;
Presently Family Counseling Provider i.e Manavu e-Family Counseling offering 2 kinds of Online counseling services and among one is E mail counseling
First email reply is free of charge, and it will help us to decide if online counseling and this form of medium is most suitable for Client.
Once we agree to work
together, the fee of Rs. 1000 /per email exchange will be charged in advance for
session.
For our email
exchange, Counselor will use G mail, which is encrypted and
safe form of communication, and will advise that client may
use the same form of communication, and open separate account for
Client's counseling sessions. G mail is a free service.
We will have once weekly email exchange unless agreed otherwise. We will agree an ‘appointment time’, this is when you will receive counselor email reply. Counselor will require that Client Shall send his email at least 48 hours prior to Counselor's reply, failure to do this will result to Counselor not being able to respond at the appointed time and client may have to wait for the next available appointment before receiving a response.
(2). Real time, Skype instant chat;
This Skype or Video Counseling is available for Family Counseling as well as Marriage Counseling Marriage counseling would help brides and grooms to choose thier perfect match.Prior to commence this kind of communication, counselor and client will have a one free email exchange, to help Counselor to decide whether this form of medium is best for Client. .
There is a fee of Rs.1000 for each Skype
meeting. Session duration is 60 minutes.
Prior to start Skype session we will agree on the time and day of our appointment.
If client don’t have a Skype connection,
Counseler will send you a link to download it. This will be done
until Skype connection available on free basis. Please remember that one
Skype session means either 60 minutes or to always logged off
once whichever is earlier deemed to be finished that
particular session.
Cancellations
Full fee will apply for missed session as the time and space booked for Client and agreed between us cannot be use for others . As such there is no refund of money under any circumstances.
Each client has his own slot and that’s a
special time and space that is reserved just for Client only.

If both sides experiencing technological breakdown
that prevents them from exchanging email or meeting online,
then counselor will offer client to re-arrange the scheduled
appointment.
Confidentiality and Security
The counseling service is confidential. The content of our session will only be partially disclosed (not revealing identity) in Counselor supervision. The Counselor shall not pass on information about client to others outside the service without Client express permission, except in exceptional circumstances when there appears to be a serious risk to the client person and property and also other’s safety.
Limitations
The counselor ethically bound not to continue with Counseling if it appears not to be beneficial to Client.Not all types of issues can be discussed through email counseling, and if such an issue arise, Counselor should advise to client which will help him to get his needs met elsewhere.
The risk that data transmitted electronically via the
internet may be intercepted by a third party.
Confidentiality may be compromised if client use a
work computer, library or cyber café for online counseling.
Email exchanges between counselor and client may
contain private and sensitive material which is personal to Client, and
not intended for widespread dissemination. therefore parties are
agree not to publicize the contents either in paper or
electronic form.
The counselor is no way responsible for the acts of client and client is agreed that all counselor advises on clients issue are given under good faith with a hope that client may build stronger relationships between every member of the family and beneficial to client , his/her family and in interest of community at large.
